The class will be live streamed to the Group Fitness Room at the City of Lafayette Bob Burger Recreation Center (BBRC) and offered Virtually through Zoom.


Starting June 7th class format will switch to
Yoga, Pilates, Strength.

Suggested equipment for the class:
1 set of 2-4lbs weights
1 set of 5-8 lbs weights
1 pilates ball 
2 yoga blocks
yoga mat

(if attending in-person,
equipment is available for use at BBRC)
