Yoga Classes

I currently teach an All Levels Yoga class in Lafayette, CO at the City of Lafayette Rec Center on:

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 5:45a to 6:45a.

My yoga classes are designed for beginner to intermediate students. I create flowing sequences that allow for students to connect his or her breath to each movement.  My teaching style encourages students to develop and/or deepen his or her individual body awareness and classes allow for modifications or differing variations depending on individual needs. Poses are described and presented clearly to prevent injury, and allow for students to safely use yoga as a method to connect to their physical bodies and to quiet their minds. 

Yoga, Pilates, Strength Classes

This is an All Levels class I created that combines Yoga, Pilates, and Weight Training exercises. ​
I currently teach classes in Lafayette, CO at the City of Lafayette Rec Center on:
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:10a to 11:10a.

I designed this class because I personally feel the benefit of each of these three disciplines; my mind becomes quieter after a Yoga class that connects my breath and my movement, my posture improves following a Pilates class, and I feel stronger after using weights to build my muscular strength. In this class, exercises from these three disciplines are woven together to create unique sequences. This class welcomes students of all levels and abilities as each sequence allows for students to take breaks and/or modify the exercises when needed. 

Weights
30 min Pilates and Strength Class (following Wednesday's Yoga class)

Starting at 6:50a, this 30 min class gives people the opportunity to either stay after Wednesday's 5:45a-6:45a Yoga class or add some Pilates and Strength to their other workout at the City of Lafayette Recreation Center.
